Who We Are
Holden Willow Consulting Group was founded by our CEO Dr. Derrick E. Haynes. Dr. Haynes is a former dean and adjunct professor. He is a passionate educator with, over two decades experience with leadership and supervision, system implementation and management, training, and coaching. From the lens of an educator, he endeavors to provide leadership in the art of organizational development, executive coaching, and change management. His firm – Holden Willow Consulting Group, helps clients to make it to the next level by embracing the art of change and transformation.
